This is a new post, which offers 5 sessions in General Practice with Dr Geddes, a Trainer who has a Clinical Assistantship in Mental Health, and 5 sessions doing Psychiatry at Bootham Park Hospital. The GP Registrar has the choice, before commencing the post, of focussing the six months on one of four different areas.

David has developed a special interest in Clinical Leadership and Health Care Management. He is now working for three days each week as the Medical Director of Primary Care for the PCT. He also has a keen interest in Mental Health, having worked in the past as a Clinical Assistant in Psychiatry for some years at Bootham Park Hospital.
