Stuart is one of the VTS Training Programme Directors. As well as his interest in teaching he is an accredited Mentor and PCT Appraiser for General Practice. He is also a part-time Senior Lecturer at the University of Leeds and still plays an active role in teaching within the practice. He has a special interest in Medical Ethics.

Dr Lloyd is one of the Programme Directors. He is also actively involved in Undergraduate education at Hull York Medical School, where he is the Associate Clinical Dean for Students and a Director of Clinical Studies

Dr Nicola Gill is one of the Programme Directors. She also works as a part time partner at Jorvik Medical Practice. She is interested in ensuring GPs acquire the right skiils to keep them motivated at work. She enjoys using the creative arts to enhance the process understanding illness.
